The Small print…
Requirements: Please note that your passport should be valid for 6 months from the date that you travel. When traveling to USA please ensure you have a machine readable passport or valid visa as you may be refused entry
Cancellations: Before departure ticket is non-refundable. After departure ticket is non-refundable.
Refunds: Should you have the need to cancel a ticket then only the taxes paid minus an admin charge will be refunded and this may take up to 10 weeks
Changes: After ticket issuance, before departure, changes not permitted. After departure, changes not permitted.
Paper tickets: No paper ticket
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Airlines Fares: On some rare occasions Airlines may withdraw a fare (and can withdraw before a ticket has been issued) this is totally at the discretion of the airline.
Check-in:-Please note, for international long haul flights you need to be at the checkin counter atleast 3hrs prior to departure, and for short haul flights the checkin time is 1hr 45min.
RE-CONFIRMATION- PLEASE RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS WITH THE AIRLINES 72HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
Documents:- We do not accept any responsibility if your travel documents are not in order. Please check validity of passport, visa and any immigration requirements before undertaking your journey.
Insurance:- We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any eventualities arising due to delay/cancellation of flights, Loss/delay or luggage or any other medical conditions which may come between your journey.
